In the past year, I have been diagnosed with a form of degenerative Arthritis that is affecting my spine, shoulder blades, and hips. Simple things like sleeping without discomfort, putting on clothes, bending over to pick something up, and even sitting for long periods of time can be a chore for me.
The good news is that I can still exercise! I love to ride my bike and it is actually good for my joints and my condition. So I've decided to join with the Southern California Arthritis Foundation and ride 525 miles from San Fransisco to Los Angeles starting on September 25th.Please join me in my fundraising efforts if you are able to!
